Carolyn Wendrowski & Jose Diaz
Infusing Agile Beyond IT
The Rockefeller Foundation has used Agile tools, derived from Scrum and Kanban, to manage development and delivery of IT projects for the past 2 years. First, they will delve into some of the tools we have successfully used to support their IT project delivery process. We will then discuss how we have partnered with program staff and operational departments, the challenges we worked through in our partnership efforts, and how we evolved these tools for use on projects throughout the foundation. Jose and Carolyn presented on Infusing Agile Beyond IT at the Technology Affinity Group conference (promoting technology in philanthropy) in November 2014. They look forward to sharing their experiences with the Agile NYC community and hope to inspire an interesting discussion.
